As we continue our dynamic expansion across Europe, we are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Revenue (m/f/d – fulltime) to join us and lead our revenue strategy across the LOISIUM brand.
We are transforming into an international hotel brand – and we’re seeking someone with the expertise, leadership, and drive to shape this evolution with us.
Job requirements
What’s the job?
Define and implement the revenue strategy across our growing collection of wine-country hotels in Austria, France and beyond;
Drive pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies that deliver performance with creativity and precision;
Work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent and effective commercial approach;
Translate complex data into clear insights and actions;
Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions.
What you bring:
5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, ideally multi-property;
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
Proficiency in revenue systems and forecasting tools;
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly;
A passion for hospitality, a sense of curiosity, and a touch of common sense.

Salary Information: Of course, salary matters too! Due to legal requirements, we must state the minimum gross monthly salary which is €4.000 based on full-time employment. However, your actual salary will be determined together with you, based on your skills and experience.
