You will support the execution of LOISIUM’s social media presence, bringing its distinctive world of wine, wellness, and hospitality to life across digital platforms. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will help create consistent, visually engaging, and brand-aligned content, contributing to a strong brand image and a memorable guest experience. In this role as Social Media Coordinator, you will play an active part in shaping how the brand is experienced online.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and publishing of social media content across all platforms in collaboration with external agencies;

• Ensure all content is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with LOISIUM’s tone of voice and storytelling;

• Coordinate and support content production, including shoots, asset gathering, and timeline management with internal teams and external partners;

• Manage day-to-day community interactions, including comments and messages, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate responses;

• Assist with paid social media campaigns, including creative coordination, performance tracking, and KPI reporting;

• Prepare regular social media reports and insights to support optimization and strategic decisions;

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, on-property teams, and influencers to support campaign planning and execution;

• Support influencer collaborations and content partnerships through coordination and communication;

• Stay up to date on social media trends, new formats, and platform updates, proactively contributing ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or wine;

• Experience in live event coverage and on-site content creation, with flexibility to support brand activations internationally;

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;

• Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok;

• Fluent in English - additional languages are a plus;

• Creative visual mindset with an eye for photography and short-form video;

• Familiarity with common social media, editing, and analytics tools;

• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn;

• Based in Vienna (or Paris) or open to relocating to Vienna, with willingness to travel.

The base monthly gross salary for this position, according to the Austrian Collective Agreement for Employees in Information & Consulting, is € 2.534,74 (fulltime). Your final salary will be discussed with you personally, taking into account your experience, skills, and level of commitment.
